Social Awareness Program
Empowering young people to create positive change in their city
Beyond Tourism & Culture
At 365 Association, our work goes beyond tourism and culture. We believe education and the urban environment are just as important. Through our Social Awareness Program, we reinvest back into Bulgaria - focusing mainly on young people and helping them build the skills, confidence, and mindset to create positive change in their own city.
The Early Years
In the first years of our Social Awareness Program, we worked mainly with underprivileged children growing up in foster homes. Our focus was on broadening their horizons - helping them explore different career paths, meet inspiring professionals, and gain a clearer idea of the opportunities ahead of them.
At the same time, we introduced them to the city and the country they live in through guided walks, cultural visits, and shared experiences that many of them were discovering for the first time.
We also worked with refugee communities, organizing city tours and orientation activities to help them get to know Sofia, feel more confident navigating their new environment, and build a sense of belonging in Bulgaria.
Free Sofia School
Training, inspiring, and empowering high school students to imagine and build a greener, cleaner, and more youth-friendly Sofia.
The idea is simple—when young people are trusted with responsibility and given practical tools, they step up.
Non-formal education

How it's funded
The entire Social Awareness Program is funded through the budget generated by the walking tours organized by 365 Association. Every tour directly supports the next generation of active, engaged, and responsible young people.
Because for us, showing a city is important.
But helping shape its future matters even more.
We don't just show cities.
We help people understand them.
And by understanding the world better, we believe we can improve it —
one story, one walk, and one shared experience at a time.
